Financial sustainability

Our proposals to bring the North Wing and Henry VIII Gatehouse into full public use are underpinned by a detailed business plan that gives us confidence of a range of viable long-term uses.

These are likely to include venue hire, ticketed performances, and some rooms converted to office rental.

The layout of the buildings, and the variety of spaces and accommodation, allows us to earn income through varied use without compromising the availability of spaces for the annual programme across our three strategic themes.
